Leveraging his property mgmt skills to renovate a triplex and double rents in 6 months, he shares his tactics and wins for accomplishing his goals. Now that he caught the cash flow bug, he wants to pass on his enthusiasm and encourage the 20-something crowd that you don’t have to be older to be financially free.

• Simplify your processes and don't let emotions get in the way
• At the end of the day, you are the one that has to take the action, no one can do it for you.
