Thomas shares that these are not normal times and that people are going to be stressed out during their job search - to recognize that this is normal. But, he stresses, you have skills, character and a lot to offer so stay focused on your search activities.

- be confident - you are a young professional that employers are looking for
- build honest connections - be real and genuine and you will find your network
- ok to be stressed - your strengths will help guide you to the opportunities that are out there
