Spirituality and faithfulness are pillars for your life. This week’s Soul Spark is all about anchoring your life in faith. You can call it whatever you care to call it. I have zero judgment. For me, I refer to it as God. That is my spirituality. 

It’s important that we hold space for our spiritual practices. With so much chaos going on in the world around us, I have no doubt many people are questioning their faith, God, and the universe. This is a time where we can make the choice to anchor in and ground ourselves even further in this relationship with God.
