Dr. Kahn shares a lot of traits with Ellen Jaffe Jones of vegcoach.com and they were able to co-author the book Vegan Sex this year to share their passions (on paper only!). She is a chef, author, lecturer, food demonstrator and an accomplished and award winning athlete. Since the release of their book she has written a new one called Vegan For One which came out of some years she had when she had to prepare meals only for herself.
