Ep067 - Are you ready for your workplace health assessment program? with Josh Lambert, Director Pinnacle Health Group
The old adage “what you can measure, you can manage” certainly rings true when it comes to workplace wellbeing - especially right now.
Clearly, the last two years have thrown up their fair share of wellbeing challenges for all of us, and particularly workplaces.
On a positive note, the health and wellbeing of employees has risen to the top of the agenda for most organisations (finally and this has been powerful for recognition and awareness of employee wellbeing.
On the flipside, however, it has also proven an overwhelming time for many HR or health, safety and wellbeing leaders, as they juggle:
- Balancing health and wellbeing interventions for mental, physical, financial and social wellbeing pillars
- Justifying the wellbeing budget, with ROI and data measurement related to employee health
- Trying to “engage the disengaged” - and encourage high-risk employees towards awareness and healthy behavioural change
- The Great Resignation, with huge resources being spent in simply attracting or retaining great people
In this Podcast, we are excited to introduce Josh Lambert, Director of Pinnacle Health Group.
