As we are in the middle of a global pandemic that is causing so much fear and confusion, I wanted to offer you a bonus episode with a free meditation to help you promote relaxation and peace.

Fear makes us feel disconnected from ourselves and separated from this Love, but it’s always there for us when we slow down and tune in.
