Today we welcome special guest, three time Olympian and Women's Physique Pro Jamie Pinder! We open up our conversation learning about how Jamie started as a bikini competitor and how she transitioned into an IFBB women's physique pro. Then we dive into Jamie's introduction and experience with PEDs and the psychology behind why people start a cycle. We discuss what PED abuse means and what to look out for. Jamie then outlines what questions you should be asking your coach as well as how to find a good coach that will lead you in the right direction when it comes to anabolics. Then we close discussing the importance of blood work, having a healthy relationship with PEDs and why you should always post cycle.
