Justine is a certified health coach, certified group fitness instructor, and master of habit change.
Most of her life she had struggled with anxiety, depression, and fatigue. She was quickly thrown into the autoimmune world with a suspicious thyroid nodule.
After multiple tests and biopsies, surgery left her with only half of her thyroid. It wasn't until her doctor refused to prescribe medication due to her blood tests being normal that she began seeking alternative holistic methods of healing.
She now leads other women on their healing journey by educating them on how to heal from the inside out in a fun, easy, and sustainable way.
