Kaitlyn Barclay is co-founder and CEO of Scout Lab, with clients that include Wix.com, Adidas, Venmo. Prior to ScoutLab, Kaitlyn was on the founding team of fitmob, a fitness subscription, which sold to ClassPass in 2015. She’s an advisor to female-run organizations like Super Mush and JourneyOne Ventures, as well as an angel investor in women and BIPOC-led companies like Hey Jane, Quinn, Snaptrude, and Workstream. She volunteers with Do The Werq, an organization with a mission to increase queer creativity and share of voice in the advertising industry, and is spearheading the first census for LGBTQ+ marketers and advertisers. She’s been recognized as a Forbes Next 1000 and AdWeek’s 2022 Pride Stars, and her writing has also been featured in McSweeney’s, Glamour and Fast Company.
