Captain the Australian team in the Adventure Racing World Championships and is now a sort after advisor and advanced training and performance consultant to elite sporting teams, business owners, and some of the most elite and specialised units within the Defence Force. He’s developed his own training system to cator for what the population needs at the moment… Core 9 Fitness… based on science and life… and he’s also expending all over Australia and the world I believe.
