Personal Self-Care and Productivity

In this week’s episode, I have the opportunity to interview a colleague and good friend of mine--Elisabeth Galperin. 

Elisabeth is a productivity expert and the owner of Turn Leaf Organizing. With the holiday season upon us, we can easily let our own self care fall low on the priority list--to the point of us using the excuse ‘we’re busy doing it all’--and yet, we aren’t productive.

Busy isn't the same thing as being productive--whether it’s in business, at home, in your personal life or otherwise. Elisabeth has some GREAT insight into how to develop good solid habits that can serve you well in all aspects of your life--so that you are PRODUCTIVE and NOT just busy.  Tune in and listen!
