Before starting his coaching practice, for over two decades George worked as a software engineer and an engineering leader for a number of Silicon Valley companies such as Applied Materials, VMware and SurveyMonkey. More recently, he co-founded Boatzilla—a marketplace for recreational boats.
George lives in a small town of Poulsbo, Washington with his wife Adrienne and their two kids Maksim and Sophie. In his free time he enjoys climbing rocks, sailing boats, and racing bikes.
