Today, we are joined by Susan Greeley, MS, RDN, SVP, National Director of Wellness Programming at Castle Connolly Private Health Partners (CCPHP). Our discussion will focus on how physicians navigate, confront, and manage stress during the holiday season. We'll explore the significance of accountability, the role of a Physician Coach, strategies to address stress eating, and much more!

Susan is SVP and National Director of Wellness Services at Castle Connolly Private Health Partners (CCPHP), a concierge medicine organization, where she runs the SENS Solution® Wellness Program focused on four wellness pillars: sleep, exercise, nutrition, and stress management. In 2021 CCPHP launched the SENSe of Wellness podcast, hosted by Susan.

Susan's "A SENSe of Wellness Podcast" provides resources for building lasting wellness habits. The podcast covers sleep, exercise, nutrition, and stress management to inspire and empower listeners toward better health.

Susan brings nearly three decades of expertise as a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and health and wellness professional. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in developing and implementing lifestyle change programs centered on stress and weight management, as well as physical activity. She is the author of a diet and cookbook called "Cooking with Trader Joe's: Lighten Up!" and has also created and hosted two television cooking series: "Lighten Up with Susan Greeley" and "Simply Healthy."

As an expert in food, nutrition, and wellness, Susan focuses on weight management, preventing and managing chronic diseases, wellness and lifestyle coaching, integrative nutrition, culinary medicine, and healthy cooking. Additionally, she has served as a consulting nutritionist for over a decade with the Executive Health Program at Atlantic Health System in Morristown, NJ, and is a Chef Instructor in the Health Supportive Culinary Arts program at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.

Susan is affiliated with several organizations, including the National Wellness Institute (NWI) and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). She is also a member of the AND's Dietitians in Integrative & Functional Medicine (DIFM) and Food and Culinary Professionals (FCP) practice groups. Susan earned her Master of Science in Nutrition Communication from Tufts University in Boston and completed her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
