In this episode we’re speaking to the wonderful Dave Wilson, who  is a certified grey area drinking coach, public speaker and no 1 best selling author with his book ‘One For The Road’.  He’s also known as Sober Dave on Instagram with 118k followers, is an ambassador for Alcohol Change UK, and dedicates his time to raising awareness of the impact and harm of excessive use of alcohol for both individuals and family members.
