What a necessity it is to have great tools to process our conflict and trauma together in marriage, parenting, and relationships, and yet often in the moments of great felt threat or pain, our very bodies rise in protective styles, even possibly blocking us from doing this work. Today we get to talk about bodywork or somatics and to learn some helpful trauma tools, both in general and type by type, with coach Melissa Kircher, Enneagram 5. Melissa is not only an author and artist, but she also shares from a very personal space about her 5-3 marriage, her journey of seeking fertility, adoption, and so much more, to sit in the very real work with us.
