Austin Cavelli is a board-certified, nationally accredited physician’s assistant, focused on using the carnivore diet to help people reduce inflammation, get lean, and improve their health. She has treated thousands of patients with acute and chronic inflammatory diseases, including various autoimmune conditions. She takes an approach of food quality and bio-individuality to help her patients. Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, Austin earned her bachelor’s degree in psychobiology from Binghamton University. While studying, she was elected into several honor societies including Sigma Alpha Lambda, the National Honor and Merit Scholars Society, and the National Society for Leadership and Success. In 2014, Austin graduated from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences with a physician assistant’s certificate as well as a master’s degree in physician assistant studies!
