Today's conversation is with Dale Burke, Head Coach at MTN Coaching and we explore the hugely significant topic of mental health and wellbeing.

As part of this, Dale shares his own experience of a period of poor mental health and breaks it down into the following steps - his first contact, his plunge and then rise.

Dale shares the sources he used to better understand how he could rise and improve his mental health, which to a discussion around some of the challenges we have in the Western World with diagnosis and treatment when someone has challenges.

We cover the extreme ends of lockdown when it came to our mental wellbeing, before we delve into the different lifestyle choices and decisions we can make to give ourselves the best change of having good mental health. This is a great discussion on some of the immediate areas where we can often see improvement in how we feel.
