Kimberley knew nothing about this work when she arrived at The Omega Institute for our retreat last June. She had recently given birth to her 4th child, and she saw the retreat as a "spa vacation" to take a break from her life. Boy, was she hit with a reality check when she arrived at a no joke week of transformational hard work! BUT. This was the beginning of a new life for Kimberley. Having suffered from extreme chronic conditions and diagnoses for a lifetime, Kimberley found herself at a crossroads: Do the work even though it feels hard and scary, or live the way she had been living.
