Kamal Ravikant has meditated with monks in the Himalayas, served as a US Army Infantry soldier, cofounded several tech-companies and a Venture Capital firm in Silicon Valley and written numerous books. But one of the hardest and most transformative thing he's ever done is learn to love himself. And, it hasn't come easily.
