After several tragedies—such as him losing a son and a brother-in-law, his wife having a stroke, and losing her memory—Richie realized that the normal signs of success such as hard work, productivity, work-life balance, and time management weren’t what actually mattered in his life. He wanted true freedom to prioritize what really mattered in his life such as time with his family.
