It creates anxiety. and it starts in schools. If you constantly think your kids goin to get valued by teachers by getting good grades, and that's how they'll be successful in life,. at some point tey're gong to figure out it was all a trick. You've got to give them back their agency and decide what's worth my time,What makes me move forward.
