Dianne: I have, what I call, an occasional froggy throat. No amount of attempting to clear my throat nor coughing helps. I live alone and don't realize I don't have much of a voice until I get on the phone or go shopping, which doesn't help in determining if it is strictly morning or night. Thanks for any suggestion you have,

Allie: Hello! Thank you so much for answering my question. I've struggled with gaining weight my whole life. During pregnancy I'm able to pack on a good 40 lbs but then I loose it all quickly and then some. Currently weighing in at 94 lbs and I'm 5'8". Do you have any ideas as to what I might try in order to gain more weight while keeping a healthy diet? Also, I'd love to try the 7 or 14 day detox but am concerned with losing more weight. Do you have any suggestions in doing the detox for someone with my concern? Thank you so much for taking the time to help!

Anonymous: Hi Dr Cabral I have a question regarding stretch marks & hyperpigmentation. What are your thoughts on getting rid of stretch marks. And getting rid of hyperpigmentation from neck and knees, will micro needling/derma rolling help get rid of hyperpigmentation and stretch marks, or is laser the only option for good results? Thanks

Susan: Hi! I'm 50 yo female who takes generally good care of myself. My right eye has been twitching several times a day for at least the last seven weeks. I don't have any other symptoms and a recent eye exam (just prior to the twitching) was healthy. I take magnesium and other anti inflammatory supplements. I have struggled with monthly hormonal headaches- and often have neck tightness/pain particularly the muscle between my shoulder and neck. I also tend to clench my teeth at night but not significantly enough to cause jaw pain or tooth issues. Could I have somehow injured or stressed the muscles in my face/eyes? I do use blue light glasses and have cut down screen time but the twitch remains!! I do yoga and exercise moderately most days and get enough sleep and do not have high levels of stress. So what gives with this twitch!! Thanks so much in advance!!

Noelle: 3 years ago I woke up in the middle of the night and wasn't able to walk. I wasn't able to put any pressure on my ankle. I saw multiple doctors whoeither said my x-rays showed nothing or said I just don't remember injuring myself. Twitches even put my ankle in excruciating pain. I wore a boot for three months and after three months I could barely put enough pressure on my ankle to be able to walk.3 yrs later the pain is gone but comes &goes every 3months but the swelling is still there and looks like I have a cankle. since then about every 3-6 months the swelling and joint pain to other joints. It next went to my knee and I woke up again in the middle of the night and couldn't put pressure on my knee. Then 3 months later it went to my wrist and then my elbow then my upper back/shoulders/spine. These joints all have flare ups and days where I can't sit up because my back hurts so bad:The worst one is my wrist where doing nothing hurts or getting dressed hurts or pulling a blanket over myself in bed hurts. I've been tested for rheumatoid arthritis,Lyme disease but both are neg. I've done detoxes and diet changes and I've noticed no difference. I've seen a functional dr,allergist, and still no answers.Wanted to see if you've heard of anything likethis or have suggestions?
