Brooke Morrisseau (@brookem_fitness) is a coach from Florida who has a Masters degree in Exercise Science having just completed her thesis in female body transformations.
Brooke was an athlete growing up and found fitness, and specifically bodybuilding, as she transitioned out of other sports. After spending a few years working on bodybuilding, Brooke has realized that for the time being, that’s not what she wants, and is now much more interested in lifestyle fitness. Simply, being fit and enjoying exercise without a competitive or restrictive environment.
This is where most people fall, as most of us are not professional athletes. While it sounds simple, it’s much easier said than done. Having just gone through a huge physical transformation herself, Brooke is now passing that knowledge along to help you on your fitness journey with your own body transformation.
Among everything we spoke about, there was one central theme that kept coming back: self-awareness. This is where the transformation starts, and we spoke a lot about this throughout the episode.
