In this episode, I talk about why I think we all need to spend more time celebrating the little things in our lives and less time obsessing over and waiting to celebrate those BIG moments (getting promoted, making $$, receiving recognition, getting that bangin' bod, etc). We need to celebrate more of "the middle" in our lives. Oh hell yea!
