About Our Guest
Pankaj Sharma grew up in the apartment business. When he was 10 years old his father bought his first 52 unit building using creative (owner) financing. As a young adult, he wanted to get as far as he could from the business And was always looking “greener pastures” until he finally surrendered to his destiny as a business owner/operator. He brings with him over 20 years of experience as a multifamily investor and operator managing his personal portfolio of 2000 units in Pennsylvania.
