In this episode, we speak to Amanda Owens, leading sports and performance psychologist and former professional tennis player, and the first women to work as a sports pyschologist in premiership football with Southampton. She is founder of the Edge consultants.
Focusing on developing better performances, we are going to cut to the root on how we can help and support athletes with performance anxiety.
Amanda has been heavily involved in working the Worcester Warriors and Leicester Tigers, and international rugby players, as well as supporting business leaders to improve their performance

This enables the client to be more aware of their core needs, so behavioural and emotional change can occur and their vision achieved from a uniquely Gestalt and humanistic methodology and approach.
