Raphael has used low-carb diets for many years to deal with his own health issues, including allergies, asthma, poor digestion, brain fog, low energy levels, and joint pain. He has helped develop The Nutrita App, designed to track dietary metrics that actually matter. He is also the host of The Break Nutrition Podcast, which has been delivering high-quality episodes for years. Currently he is pursuing his Ph.D. in the molecular lab at the University of Minho in Portugal, where he studies neuroscience and metabolism!
