Alice is a personal trainer, influencer, columnist, podcaster and bestselling author who has inspired thousands of people with her relatable, motivational and balanced health advice.
In this conversation, we take a look back to the 2010s - when she inadvertently became the poster girl for so-called “clean eating”. We found out how Alice found herself in that situation and what led her to move away from it to build a healthy relationship with her body image.
