Dr. Richard Hossiep is co-founder and managing director of the HR software company Applysia. In his work, he supports organizations in making personnel selection and development more efficient, modern and better. Richard studied Psychology (BSc & MSc) and Business Administration (BSc) and holds a PhD in Organizational Transparency. He is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Münster, a lecturer at the University of Mannheim and the author of various specialist articles and psychological test procedures.
