419 SelfWork: Questions About Depression, Therapy, and Manipulative Moms

Today I'm answering your questions about depression, therapy, and manipulative moms.

More specifically, we'll discuss what's called anhedonia in depression, or losing the enjoyment or meaning in activities that you've always enjoyed.
