Mark Metry | Create your own certainty & stability in the midst of turmoil

Today I am interviewing Mark Metry who is Forbes featured keynote speaker, a podcast host of Humans 2.0 show, an Author of Screw Being Shy, and founder of GrowCasts.

 

Mark shared in an open and frank way how he is trying to navigate these uncertain times, by putting in some key psychological safe factors at the base of all what you do. When you are living in a time of uncertainty or instability , the best thing you can do is to try and create certainty and stability in some way in microworlds that you create. He shared how he has got friends with nature and having intimate relationships that you meet up regularly that give you a deep conversation where you feel safe.
