The media and our culture has created this cycle that makes us consume more...   The more insecure we feel, the more things we want in an attempt to feel less insecure, but afterwards we see that the feeling is still there and "more stuff" is the answer in the commercials, isn’t it?    Julie Santiago, my guest for episode 88 shares her perspective on this, with which I agree with 100%.    She shares also a beautiful way of escaping this vicious cycle.
