September is here and school is back in session. For students, literally, and for the rest of us, September represents an end to summer a return to "normal" routine.
This episode has tons of advice for students, parents, and anyone who's ready to get back into the gym after taking some time off for summer. Or, if you're ready to kick things up a notch.
I laid out a 4 step plan to get started on the right foot. Then went over some assorted advice that will help keep you on track or get into a new gym. And lastly gave a quick sample of a good "student" split.
