Erik Cabral was in corporate for over 20 years, just hustling, grinding and working graveyard shifts whenever he had to. His dream was to climb the corporate ladder and get the gold watch when he turned 60 – because that was what he was told to do.

Having been laid off two times, Erik began to reevaluate his life and realized he wasn’t fulfilled. He didn’t know what his purpose was… until he stumbled upon real estate, built a community, and built a brand for himself and for others. Aside from real estate investing, Erik is the founder of multimedia agency On Air Brands. He continually grows his net worth and his network, constantly pushing his boundaries.
