In honor of our 50th episode, we thought we'd give a shoutout to our little friend PROCRASTINATION. Now having recorded almost religiously for a year, we wanted to address the backstory behind the podcast, how long it REALLY took us to get here, and what kept us from doing it earlier. We honor every step of our journey but wanted to be transparent about our own procrastinating habits, and ultimately, release the shame around them.

When we procrastinate, we are not lazy...we are scared. Yet every time we do it, we beat ourselves up and repeat the cycle. At the end of the day, procrastination tries to protect us from disappointment but in doing so creates disappointment! We hope after this episode, you are able to make friends with procrastination and feel safer to make mistakes, try again, and keep going.
