Katie Salerni, aka, katyliftz, is an elite powerlifter with the current CA state bench record of 303 lbs. Katie holds the national title for women’s equipped collegiate lifting and placed third in the world in Tokyo 2019. Katie is very passionate about teaching and coaching, and helping people become comfortable and competent with barbell movements. Katie is also an incredible artist!
