This special version of the World Shared Practice Forum features speakers from the monthly International PICU COVID-19 Collaborative meeting hosted by Dr. Jeffrey Burns. This is a cutting-edge worldwide online collaboration in which the latest knowledge and best practices relating to COVID-19 are shared among front-line clinicians in real-time.
In this session from September 8, 2020, clinicians review current international COVID-19 treatment practices data and take a deeper look into the epidemiology and treatment of MIS-C. Dr. Mike Levin discusses the influx of new literature surrounding MIS-C, followed by an expert panel discussion led by Drs. Jay Mehta and Lauren Henderson discussing MIS-C treatments based on these new and recent findings.
