Girls are socialized to avoid risk and failure, while boys are expected and rewarded for taking risks and being brave. This leads to a world full of women who are paralyzed by perfectionism, unable to take steps outside our comfort zones, tamping down our dreams. In this episode, I talk to Reshma Saujani, CEO of Girls Who Code and author of Brave Not Perfect, about how to cultivate our bravery.
