Doctor Christine Schaffner is joined today by Autumn Smith, one of the co-founders of Wild Pastures and Paleovalley. Autumn shares her health journey with IBS and anxiety issues and explains the importance of finding good supplements and healthy animal products to help our physical and mental health.
Despite having a successful career as a professional dancer and celebrity fitness trainer, her health was in ruins. Autumn Smith and her husband, Chas, were searching for a cure when they discovered the paleo diet in 2011.
