By far the most important factor in your fitness progress is consistency. You can follow all of the best rules and training tips and do everything perfectly - if you only do it once a month, nothing is going to happen.
That being said, I think on this podcast I’ve hammered that point home plenty and maybe you are being consistent, yet still not seeing the progress you hope. Well, consistency is extremely important, but it’s not the only thing that matters.
If you go to the gym 6 days a week for 6 months and do 1 set of bicep curls with 3lb dumbbells that is amazing consistency and certainly “better than nothing” but it’s also just not going to get you any meaningful or noticeable gains.
So that’s what this episode is about: you’ve cracked the consistency piece, and now we need to dial in what you’re doing with that consistent effort so that you finally see the results you’re looking for. Enjoy!
