Rhoslyn Frugtniet is one of the newer coaches at Lattice Training and has a wealth of experience in climbing and training. Rhos has climbed to elite levels in multiple disciplines including an impressive flash of 8a+ sport. She is a GB climbing athlete and has coached junior athletes.
