Mike Stella who has been around the block time and time again walks us through his vision of patient experience. The intention is to find sustainability of the patient to not need you by trying to find opportunities, not solutions. This opens the patient up to feel confident and empowered. One of my favorite quotes that sums up the meaning of this podcast is, "when a flower doesn't grow, you don't fix the flower, you fix the soil."
