In this episode, we're getting into what standards in dating are (and what they're not) and how to tell if your standards are too high or too low. I get into the dangers of each and how to adjust your standards no matter which category you fall into. Are your standards holding you back? Hint: Too-high standards are a form of self-sabotage, and too-low standards are a form of self-abandonment.
