The Meat: Spend your time doing what really matters for your purpose. Ask yourself this: “What is my purpose?” If it doesn’t meet that purpose, be willing to cut it out of your calendar! And then double-down, and commit yourself to doing the things that are your passion, and that fulfill your God-given destiny. If we focus on PASSION and PURPOSE, we will thrive. 

But, for the record, we are not going to try to be all-things-to-all people with the Trim Healthy Mama business. We know who we are, and we want to invite all into experiencing this incredible path. If it’s not the fit for you and your lifestyle, no worries! But we’re not going to change to try to appeal to everyone. We’ll lose our identity in the process.
