Ep. 440 From Sugar Addiction to Food Freedom: Heather’s Journey
Heather found herself 60 pounds heavier and stuck in a cycle of sugar addiction. After three pregnancies and the emotional and physical rollercoaster that came with them… her breakthrough finally came after baby number three. This time, she approached THM with intention—studying the principles, taking them seriously, and embracing the truth behind them. The result? Rapid (but sustainable) fat-loss and a total shift in how she viewed her body.

THM Protein Ball Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (shredded)
3 Tbs TH Integral Collagen
1⁄4 cup TH Pristine Protein Powder or TH Optimized Whey Protein Powder, flavor of choice
1⁄2 cup extra virgin coconut oil
2 tsp TH Natural Burst Vanilla Extract
2 pinches TH Mineral Salt
2 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend
1 Tbs unsweetened almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and combine well using your hand. Roll out
the balls, 40 grams each (approximately 1.5 inches).
