Podcast 135: The engagement myth

What is the connection between productivity and engagement? It’s a key question for organisations and much debated in the HR community. Do engaged employees always work harder, smarter or more efficiently? Does a productive worker always mean an engaged worker? Can you measure the relationship between productivity and engagement? In this episode we look at both sides of the engagement/productivity debate.
