Barry shares some great insights into prioritisation, delegation and having a discipline routine around work. He talks about the benefits of practicing stillness and pausing, rather than responding, to emails straight away, it’s great how “things can tend to resolve themselves”. And he recognises the importance of relationships and taking time to connect with people saying “if you’re going to have the conversation then take the time to have the conversation”.
