We here about how Mel only recently found out she is neurodivergent, they ways in which in she copes and the relief she felt when finding out about her diagnosis.
Mel has had an incredible career in retail marketing that has allowed her to work in nearly all the top supermarket retailers in the UK, and started from her part-time role in M&S during her teenage years. She also talks about how her childhood has shaped her into the adaptable marketing leader that she is today.
