Eric Reynolds, also known online as KetoFiveO, is a 53-year-old retired wounded police veteran. Eric is also a Licensed Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, and is a social media influencer and film producer. Eric was an active Police Officer for the Boynton Beach Police Department in South Florida. He went through a major change in life when he was diagnosed with heart disease at the age of 48 and was that told he needed to be on prescription pills and needed stents. He was battling metabolic disease, he was 75lbs overweight, and he was suffering PTSD from a law enforcement incident that occurred earlier in his career. In 2018, he discovered the ketogenic way of eating, and ended up losing 50 lbs. in 6 months, and 75 lbs. overall, after adjusting to the carnivore way of eating.
