Dr. Isaac Norman (@isaacnorman.dc), D.C. BKin (Honours) graduated Cum Laude from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2020. Dr. Norman grew up in a coastal community family that fostered a love of nature, community, healthy eating, respect for the ocean and outdoor activity as a way of life, including hiking, biking, kayaking and surfing. He now treats patients as a chiropractor at Bloor Yonge Chiropractic in Toronto.
His experiences during his formative years led him naturally and inevitably to a career in health care. As an evidence-based practitioner, Dr. Norman is a primary health care professional with expert knowledge in spinal and musculoskeletal health, emphasizing diagnosis and patient centered care. Dr. Norman provides a combination of treatment styles to treat a spectrum of patients and conditions. His approach to treatment includes diversified chiropractic adjusting, patient rehabilitation and education.
In case you were unaware, the ocean is pretty powerful. You can’t go into the ocean and expect to impose your will. You’ve got to be prepared, make a plan, and then execute. Similar to fitness, things are not going to just happen by accident. You need to understand what you’re doing, make a plan, and then execute that plan.
We spoke at length about the mindset going into training, as well as the mindset applied to the way Dr. Norman treats his patients. You must use a well thought out, and individualized plan that takes into consideration all possible factors. We also spoke quite a bit about Crossfit as a sport, activity and community as it’s something Isaac has recently been getting in to.
You can connect with Dr. Isaac Norman on IG. If you live in Toronto, he treats out of Bloor Yonge Chiropractic, and you contact the clinic to book an appointment here.
